Controlling clients need professional help

It's one thing for clients to want to get you to not care. For example

● Not to care if you're late

● Not to care if you don't show without calling

● Not to care if you bring your kids & not disclose their hair is matted/excessively tangled PRIOR to service

(BONUS episode of my podcast. Press ⏯️ )

It's a whole other situation if you want to CONTROL how we don't care. For example

●You don't get top pick on appointments

● We leave the salon after an hour of waiting for you

● We charge a $100 fee to detangle your kids hair which takes 1 hour minimum prior to service.

(TikTok influencer diagnosed with narcassistic personality disorder speaking about people not "sticking to her script ")

This level of control people like this desire is indicative of an unhealthy way of solving problems. It's as if you expect a worship of some type. We have to respect you but you can not only disrespect us, but control our reaction. It's ridiculous. If it's you, you need to sit on a couch somewhere. Just my opinion.
