1st of all......1st of all just understand that it seems like everybody and they mama got a podcast. Like EVERYBODY.
That being said, podcast hosts are the perfect guests. Why? Because they want your listeners and you want their listeners! It's an opportunity for both parties. Find these hosts
in podcast groups on Facebook. You may also find other guests there as well. Post a few times monthly soliciting guests. I HIGHLY recommend having an online booking system. Many guests don't feel like playing cat & mouse with messages. Let the system do the work for you.
Another way is to ask people you regularly interact with. Be prepared for the "no" answers. Everyone doesn't want attention. Sometimes I offer anonymity and they agree to be recorded. Click here for an episode I did with a client of mine.
Lastly, to broaden your audience I highly recommend Matchmaker.fm. Again, with online booking, more guests will schedule. This was highly useful for my 3rd season.
