There is a common misconception of what we think hunger is. If you do a quick google search, sometimes when you believe that you are hungry you really are mildly dehydrated. What made me research this was when my weight kept becoming stagnant on the scale in my weight loss journey. I remember one particular month at the beginning of 2023, I had a horrible diet. However, I increased my water intake significantly resulting in a sudden loss of weight.
I decided to take my weight loss journey seriously in May of 2023 and only ate things in accordance with the 'Doctor Sebi' diet. The same thing happened (little to no weight loss) until I increased my water intake. If anybody has experience and issues with weight loss, perhaps you should increase your water intake just to see if it will help.
