Preparation in business

Working for yourself requires you to use preparation. How many times have you gone to a store to see they ran out of basic products like soap in the bathroom or chicken at a Popeyes?

This is a sign of lack of preparation. This is a quality that many people don't have that are in management. Some people are managers simply because they bullied their way into that position.
