Productive stress relief

When you are stressed out, how you relieve that stress reveals who you are still your core. Using positive ways to relieve stress can help solve whatever problem you are dealing with. These methods of problem solving can come second nature once you get in the habit of practicing them.

I heard somewhere that it only takes 30 days to start a habit. I'm inclined to believe this theory. Here are some productive ways of stress relief you may want to use
